Réduire la pollution et le changement climatique est un enjeu individuel et collectif crucial pour préserver notre avenir et celui de nos enfants. Le projet LIFE V-aiR vise à sensibiliser et mobiliser les décideurs politiques et les citoyens sur cet enjeu via des jeux immersifs recourant à la réalité virtuelle : un "serious game" pour les premiers et un "escape game" pour les seconds. Coordonné par Atmo Grand Est, le projet regroupe 9 partenaires. Il a débuté en aout 2022 pour une période de 4 ans.
Qu'est-ce que le projet LIFE V-aiR ?
Présentation
Le projet LIFE V-aiR a été lancé le 26 septembre 2022 et durera 4 ans. L’objectif est de créer et de déployer 2 jeux en réalité virtuelle pour former les décideurs locaux et sensibiliser les citoyens aux enjeux cruciaux de l’air, du climat et de l’énergie :
- Un serious game en réalité virtuelle à destination des décideurs politiques. Ces derniers devront mettre en œuvre des politiques ambitieuses adaptées à leur territoire afin d’améliorer localement mais durablement la qualité de l’air.
- Un escape game en réalité virtuelle à destination du grand public. Dans ce cas, les joueurs devront modifier efficacement leurs comportements individuels dans le but de limiter leur impact sur la qualité de l’air.

Le budget total du projet est de 1,3 millions d’euros dont 60% financé par le programme LIFE de l’Union Européenne, avec un co-financement de la Région Grand-Est, la Ville de La Rochelle et des 9 partenaires bénéficiaires.

Les principales actions du projet LIFE V-aiR
Le projet LIFE V-aiR est structuré autour de 8 grandes actions :
- Le management et la coordination du projet, pilotés par Atmo Grand Est
- La préparation des données d'entrée pour les 2 jeux virtuels, pilotée par Atmo Grand Est
- L’écriture et la conceptualisation des 2 jeux, pilotées par Atmo Hauts-de-France
- La production des jeux (design, développement, test) pilotée par l’Université Bourgogne Franche-Comté
- Le déploiement auprès des décideurs et des citoyens, piloté par Atmo Normandie
- Le suivi et l’évaluation du projet, pilotés par Atmo Grand Est
- La réplicabilité et la transférabilité des jeux, pilotées par Atmo Grand Est
- La communication, diffusion et mise en réseau pilotées par Madininair

Les partenaires
Partenaires bénéficiaires
Le projet est piloté par Atmo Grand Est et réunit 8 autres partenaires bénéficiaires : ABMEE, Atmo Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Atmo Hauts-de-France, Atmo Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Atmo Normandie, Madininair, l’Université de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté et l’Université de Malaga.
Chaque partenaire bénéficiaire va expérimenter les jeux sur son territoire. Ce sont ainsi 8 territoires européens qui sont intégrés au projet : la ville de Malaga en Espagne, la ville de Braşov en Roumanie et 6 régions françaises (Grand-Est, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Hauts-de-France, Nouvelle Aquitaine, Normandie et Martinique).

Beneficiary partners
The project is led by Atmo Grand Est and includes 8 other beneficiary partners: ABMEE, Atmo Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Atmo Hauts-de-France, Atmo Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Atmo Normandie, Madininair, the University of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and the University of Málaga.
Each beneficiary will experience the games on its territory. 8 European territories are thus integrated into the project: the city of Malaga in Spain, the city of Braşov in Romania and 6 French regions (Grand-Est, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Hauts-de-France, Nouvelle Aquitaine, Normandie and Martinique).
